Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (200-300g)
  • 2-3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (optional)
  • A handful of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven - Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Prepare the Brie - Unwrap the brie and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Optionally, use an oven-safe dish for a cleaner presentation.
  • Add Toppings - Drizzle honey generously over the brie and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top. Add salt, pepper, and place the rosemary sprigs around or on the brie.
  • Optional: Puff Pastry Wrapping - Roll out puff pastry, place the brie in the center, and seal the edges with water.
  • Bake - Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is warm and gooey. If using puff pastry, bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve - Let the brie rest for 5 minutes. Serve with sliced baguette, crackers, or fresh fruits. Enjoy the irresistible flavors!
