- 200 ml heavy cream (cold)
- 100 g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 50 g white chocolate (melted)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 g gelatin
- 2 tbsp water (for setting)
For Decoration (Optional):
- Fresh strawberries or raspberries
- Whipped cream
- White chocolate shavings
Prepare the CrustCrush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.Press the mixture firmly into a heart-shaped mold and refrigerate. Dissolve the GelatinBloom gelatin in water for 5 minutes, then heat for 10 seconds in the microwave to dissolve. Whip the CreamWhip cold heavy cream to soft peaks and set aside in the fridge.
