Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 80 g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
  • 30 g melted butter

For the Mousse:

  • 200 ml heavy cream (cold)
  • 100 g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 50 g white chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 g gelatin
  • 2 tbsp water (for setting)

For Decoration (Optional):

  • Fresh strawberries or raspberries
  • Whipped cream
  • White chocolate shavings

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crust
    Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.Press the mixture firmly into a heart-shaped mold and refrigerate.
  • Dissolve the Gelatin
    Bloom gelatin in water for 5 minutes, then heat for 10 seconds in the microwave to dissolve.
  • Whip the Cream
    Whip cold heavy cream to soft peaks and set aside in the fridge.
  • Make the Mousse Base
    Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and gelatin. Mix well.
  • Combine & Set
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the mousse base until fully combined.Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the surface. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
  • Decorate & Serve
    Remove the cake from the mold and decorate with fresh berries, whipped cream, or chocolate shavings. Enjoy! 🎂💖
